Tulkoff's east coast manufacturing division, located in Baltimore, Maryland, specializes in manufacturing retail, food service, and industrial food manufacturing products. We also handle private label and co pack projects.
Production Equipment
With products ranging from Horseradish to Chipotle Chili Aioli, as well as chutney, hot sauce, and BBQ sauce
co pack projects, the correct manufacturing equipment is essential in the process. Our equipment includes double side scrapers, high shear mixing, colloid mills, heat exchanging processors, and a cooling tunnel.
Packaging Capabilities
This facility packages hot fill and cold fill condiments, sauces, dressings and ingredients. We offer our products in a variety of packaging and pack sizes. The containers range from a 5 oz to pails and drums. Lug, continuous thread, and snap on caps are available. Packaging comes in glass or plastic, with induction seals or tamper evident bands. We use pressure sensitive labels on our packaging and can apply double sided labels to retail size containers.

Food Safety
This facility is currently Safe Quality Food (SQF) 2000 Level 2 certified with an Excellent rating. Products are tested in the in-house laboratory and our R&D team is always on hand for new projects. If further testing is needed, such as microbiological testing, we have an outside laboratory with a quick response time.
