Tulkoff's west coast manufacturing division specializes in small copack food manufacturing runs as well as accommodates food service and industrial projects.

Pittsburg, California Facility

Production Equipment: With products ranging from tapenades to barbeque sauces, as well as mustards, salsas, marinades, and hot sauces, the correct manufacturing equipment is critical in the process. Our equipment includes double side scrapers, shear mixing, and heat exchanging processers. Also, there is a small kettle available to run test batches that mimic the production floor for new product development.

Packaging Capabilities: This facility packages hot fill and cold fill food condiments, sauces, dressings and ingredients in a variety of packaging and pack sizes. These ranges from a 4 oz fill to pails and drums. Lug and continuous thread caps are available, glass or plastic, with induction seals or tamper evident bands. Custom packaging can be brought in, minimums apply.

Food Safety: This facility has a California Cannery License which allows for the manufacturing of pH control products. We are also AIB certified, with audits that consistently rank in the excellent or superior categories. Products are tested in the in house lab and a R&D team is always on hand for new projects.
