From AIB International
Tulkoff Food Products has received the coveted Superior Quality
Certification from AIB International for each of its manufacturing
facilities located in Baltimore, Maryland and Pittsburg, California.
The American Institute of Baking (AIB) is a not-for-profit corporation
founded by the North American wholesale and retail baking industries in 1919
as a technology transfer center for bakers and food processors. Although
traditionally linked with North American wholesale and retail baking, AIB
currently serves many segments of the food processing, distribution,
foodservice and retail industries worldwide. The AIB staff include experts
in the fields of nutrition, food safety and hygiene, occcupational safety
and maintenance engineering.
