A tasty alternative to serving oysters with the traditional cocktail sauce and lemon wedge.
? cup red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp Tulkoff Chopped Shallots
1 tsp black pepper
salt, to taste
Combine red wine vinegar, pepper, and shallots in a bowl. Season with salt and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to develop. Spoon over oysters to serve.
