Tulkoff Signature Salmon
- Product Lines: Horseradish, Garlic, Ginger and Shallots

INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp Tulkoff Prepared Horseradish
2 Tbsp Tulkoff Garlic Puree
2 Tbsp Tulkoff Chopped Ginger
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
2 Tbsp your favorite steak seasoning
1 lb salmon fillet
RECIPE:
Combine horseradish, garlic, ginger, olive oil, brown sugar, and steak seasoning and pat onto salmon. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees then broil for 3 minutes to carmelize seasoning mixture. Salmon should be opaque and flake easily with a fork.
