Capellini With Garlic Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 tsp Tulkoff Chopped Garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups water
8 oz Capellini or thin spaghetti
Parsley to taste
RECIPE:
In 1 1/2 quart saucepan, brown garlic and oil with salt and pepper. Remove from stove to cool. When cool, add 2 cups of water and parsley. Bring to a boil and let simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti al dente. Pour garlic sauce over capellini and serve immediately.
