POSITION TITLE:    Sales & Marketing Coordinator

LOCATION:    Baltimore, MD

DEPARTMENT:    400000 / Marketing

REPORTS TO:    Marketing Director


STATUS:    Full Time


The role of the Sales & Marketing Coordinator is to coordinate and implement sales and marketing projects, to create brand awareness, drive sales and support the sales and marketing teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

The duties for this position include, but are not limited to the following:


  • Manage social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Product photography
  • Tradeshow planning, coordination and support
  • Facility tour coordination and support
  • Recipe development
  • Maintenance of GDSN network
  • Keep informed on market trends and communicate new ideas
  • Development and coordination of sales training
  • Serve as the back-up for our sample portal and online store fulfillment
  • Assist with various marketing projects


  • Manage a customer relationship management document for sales support
  • Serve as a support/resource for the sales and broker network
  • Contact customers on behalf of the sales team to keep the selling cycle moving
  • Event coordination and follow-up of sales meetings, trainings
  • Maintain sales calendar
  • Respond to new customer/project requests (co-pack requests)
  • Sales data reporting


To be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • A./B.S. degree in Food Marketing or Marketing preferred
  • 1-2 years related experience in sales and/or marketing.  Food industry experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft software: Specifically: Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Project management skills
  • Quick learner with a keen attention to detail, demonstrated ability to keep multiple projects moving at once and excellent follow-through
  • Creative and energetic problem solver
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

POSITION TITLE:          Blending Supervisor

DEPARTMENT:   Production

REPORTS TO:   Production Manager

CLASSIFICATION:   Non-Exempt / Hourly

STATUS:   Full Time


The primary role of the Blending Supervisor is to organize, direct and assist in the formulation and mixing of all blended products within quality and safety guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

The duties for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Accurately pick, measure and blend formulas using standard operating procedures and GMPs.
  • Supervise and direct others in blending and batching.
  • Operate blenders, mixers, cookers and ancillary equipment without direction and within SOP and process guidelines.
  • Ensure proper lot coding, prepare samples for lab testing and work closely with packaging to ensure timely preparation.
  • Continually monitor product quality and advise of quality issues.
  • Monitor and report on food safety issues when perceived.
  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork.


To be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Must be fork lift qualified (training available)
  • Able to lift 50lb bags and pails
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Prior blending experience preferred
  • Flexible work schedule


POSITION TITLE:   Industrial Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30  AM)

LOCATION:                  Baltimore, MD

DEPARTMENT:           120000 / Maintenance

REPORTS TO:              Maintenance Manager


STATUS:                       Full Time

The primary role of the Industrial Maintenance Technician is to carry out accurate and efficient production line changeovers as well as machine trouble-shooting, repairs, and critical equipment breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum asset availability.

Primary Responsibilities: The duties for this position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Follows pre-established guidelines for making timely, consistent and accurate repairs and completes all required paperwork associated with repairs
  • Performs high quality maintenance work in accordance with written procedures and SOPs
  • Troubleshoots AC variable frequency drives, AC & DC motors, DC drives, and other motor control circuits
  • Troubleshoots discrete and analog sensors including pressure, temperature, flow, photo-electric, and inductive proximity, as well as PLCs and PLC controlled systems and machines
  • Diagnoses and repairs gearboxes, bearings, pumps and other mechanical and hydraulic systems
  • Participates in new equipment installation, validation and start up processes
  • Shares knowledge and identifies new opportunities for transferring skills to operators as needed. Actively participates in continuous processing improvements and learning opportunities

Qualifications: To be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional machinery troubleshooting, root cause, and corrective action skills
  • Experience with food processing and packaging machinery preferred
  • Food manufacturing GMP experience preferred
  • Allen Bradley experience preferred (CompactLogix, SLC 500, PV+, etc.)
