Avocado Crab Bowls

This delicious crab dish will take your avocado craze to the next level.
12 oz Lump crab meat
1/3 cup Tulkoff Sweet Tartar Sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 Avocados, halved and pitted
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
In a medium bowl, stir together the lump crab meat and Sweet Tartar Sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the mixture into the center of the avocados.
Preheat the broiler. Sprinkle avocado bowls with cheddar cheese and broil until the cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and enjoy!
