BLT Avocado Lettuce Wraps with Horseradish Mayo

This low carb take on your favorite BLT combo is sure to bring the heat!

4 large Romaine lettuce leaves, rinsed and dried

4 slices Bacon, cooked and cut in half

2 cups Cherry tomatoes, halved

1 Avocado, diced

1/2 cup Mayonnaise

2 tsp Lemon juice

2 tsp Tulkoff Inferno Horseradish

1 tsp Black Pepper

1/4 cup Green onion, chopped


Place 1-2 pieces of bacon onto each lettuce leaf. Sprinkle tomatoes and avocados on top.

In a separate small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Inferno Horseradish and black pepper. Drizzle the mixture over top the lettuce leaves.

Sprinkle green onion on top and serve any remaining mixture on the side.
