Chimichurri Baked Salmon

Pair with some rice and veggies, this salmon is a great, easy weeknight meal.

4 Salmon fillets

Extra-virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 Lemon, cut into wedges

1/3 cup Tulkoff Chimichurri Sauce


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place salmon skin-side down on an oiled baking sheet. Top each filet with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Squeeze one lemon wedge over each filet.

Bake salmon in the oven for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven, top each filet with Chimichurri and return to oven for 3-5 minutes to finish cooking.

Serve with extra lemon wedges and sauce if desired.
