Fish Tacos with Avocado Sauce

Ingredients

2 Tilapia fillets

2 Tbsp Old Bay

2 Tbsp Paprika

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Cayenne pepper

Kosher salt, per taste

Black pepper, per taste

2 Tbsp Olive oil

1 Avocado, peeled and pitted

1/4 cup Tulkoff’s Sweet Tartar Sauce 

1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

1 cup Cabbage, shredded

1 Tbsp Vegetable oil

2 Limes, divided use

8-10 small Tortillas

1 Tomato, diced

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, combine Old Bay, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Rub both sides of tilapia with spice mixture. Cut in half lengthwise and place on a cooking sheet with olive oil. Cook in oven for 10-15 minutes, or until brown and flaky.

Meanwhile, combine the avocado, Sweet Tartar Sauce, cilantro, and salt in food processor until smooth.

In another bowl, toss cabbage with vegetable oil, juice of 1 lime and salt and pepper. Warm tortillas in oven.

To assemble each taco, add a dollop of avocado sauce, followed by tilapia slices, cabbage mixture, and tomato.

Serve with extra lime cut into wedges.
