Grilled Oysters topped with Bacon and Scampi Butter

Tulkoff’s Scampi Butter makes prep quick and easy and enhances the taste of the oysters!

1/4 lb Tulkoff’s Scampi Butter, softened 

1 1/2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped 

1 1/2 Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup Bacon, cooked, plus bacon fat

1/2 tsp Hot sauce

Salt, as needed

Black pepper, ground, as needed

18 Oysters, large, in shell 

Parmesan cheese shavings, for garnish


Add Scampi Butter, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, bacon & bacon fat, hot sauce, salt, and pepper in a food processor and pulse until well mixed. Place mixture on parchment paper and roll into a tube shape.

Freeze or refrigerate until ready to use.

Preheat a grill until hot. Wash oysters, shuck just prior to grilling. Cut butter mixture into slices.

Place the oysters on the grill with a slice of the butter mixture, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Serve on the half shell, garnished with shaving of Parmesan cheese.
