Grilled Peaches with Heirloom Tomatoes and Chimichurri

This sweet-savory-herbaceous salad is not only beautiful, but it’s super simple!

4 Heirloom tomatoes, cut into wedges

1/4 cup Red onion, julienned

1/2 tsp Sea salt, plus more for garnish

1/2 cup Tulkoff Chimichurri Sauce

Cracked black pepper

4 Peaches, cut into wedges

Fresh mozzarella or Burrata cheese

Bread of your choice, sliced and grilled


In a medium bowl, add the heirloom tomatoes, red onion, Chimichurri, salt and pepper. Gently toss and set aside, letting the tomatoes release their natural juices.

Heat an oiled grill pan on medium high heat, sear peaches about 1-2 minutes per side, or until a caramelized mark is on each peach.

Add the grilled peaches to the tomatoes and toss to combine. Using a serrated knife, cut the cheese into bite-sized pieces.

Put the peach and tomato mixture on a serving platter and top with cheese. Serve with grilled bread.
