Inferno Avocado Toast

Ingredients

1 Avocado, peeled and mashed

1 tsp Tulkoff Inferno Horseradish

4 slices Whole grain bread, toasted

2 Tbsp Butter

4 Eggs

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix the mashed avocado with the Inferno Horseradish. Spread evenly across the slices of toasted bread.

In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and crack in the eggs. Cook until the whites have set, 3 to 4 minutes.

Top each toast slice with a fried egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
