Ingredients
4 NY Strip steaks
2 Tbsp Grill seasoning
2 Tbsp Olive oil
8 oz Pancetta bacon, diced
1 lb Shrimp, peeled and cleaned
1 cup Tulkoff Scampi Butter
1 tsp Thyme leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ cup Chopped Parsley
Lime (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a sauté pan heat olive oil until hot. Season steaks and sear in pan, browning both sides, about 2 minutes per side. Place steaks in oven for 5-10 minutes, or for desired doneness.
In the same sauté pan, cook pancetta until crispy. Add Scampi Butter and allow to melt. Add shrimp, cook for about 2 minutes while turning the shrimp. Immediately add thyme, salt, and pepper, continuing to sauté for about 1 minute or until shrimp are cooked.
Remove from heat and adjust flavor with salt and pepper. Add in chopped parsley.
To serve, place steak on plate and spoon the shrimp over the steak. Garnish with a slice of lime.
