Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Garlic Aioli

1 lb Brussels sprouts, cut into wedges
Canola oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
6 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Seaside Garlic in Water
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 Tbsp Flat leaf parsley, finely chopped


Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the brussel sprouts on a baking sheet, drizzle with the canola oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix the brussel sprouts around to ensure an even coating of oil.

Bake for 30-45 minutes, shaking pan every 15 minutes or so to ensure even cooking.

Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients to serve as a dip alongside the brussel sprouts.
