Salmon Burger with Artichoke Tartar Sauce

Swap out the usual burger for a delicious salmon burger topped with artichoke tartar sauce!

7.5 oz can of Salmon

2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp Mayonnaise

2 Tbsp Lemon juice, divided use

2 Tbsp Celery, finely chopped

2 Tbsp Red onion, finely chopped

1 Tbsp Red bell pepper, finely chopped

2 Tbsp Fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup Olive oil

1 jar Artichoke hearts, drained

1 cup Tulkoff Sweet Tartar Sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

In a bowl, mix together the salmon, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp of the lemon juice, celery, red onion, red bell peppers, fresh parsley and panko breadcrumbs. Shape into patties.

Heat 1/4 cup of olive oil in a large skillet and cook salmon burgers until brown on each side.

Meanwhile, combine the artichoke hearts, Sweet Tartar Sauce, remaining lemon juice and salt in a food processor and pulse until smooth.

Add lettuce and tomato to bun, a salmon burger, a few slices of red onion and finish with a dollop of tartar sauce.
