Shrimp Salsa Cocktail

This shrimp salsa cocktail is packed with extra bold flavors!

1 cup Red onion, chopped

1 cup Cucumber, peeled and diced

1/2 cup Celery, chopped

1 Jalapeno, minced

1/2 cup Tulkoff Extra Bold Cocktail Sauce

1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

2 Tbsp Lime juice

1 lb Shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined

1 avocado, cut into chunks


In a blender add red onion, cucumber, celery, jalapeño, Extra Bold Cocktail Sauce, cilantro and lime juice. Pulse or blend until mixture has reached your desired consistency. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Cut most of shrimp into large chunks, leaving some whole for garnishing later. Stir chunks of shrimp and chopped avocados into sauce mixture. Serve in margarita glasses or in small bowls and top with whole shrimp for garnish.

Eat with tortilla chips if desired.
