Skirt Steak with Chimichurri

Steak + Chimichurri = a classic combo!

1/4 cup Olive oil

2 tsp Espelette

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Juice of 1 lime

1 1/2 pounds Skirt steak, flank steak will also work

1/2 cup Tulkoff Chimichurri Sauce


In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, espelette, salt, pepper and lime juice.

Cut small grooves into the steak on each side to help the marinade absorb into the steak. Put steak in a resealable bag, pour in marinade press out any excess air and marinate 30 minutes to overnight.

Prior to cooking, bring steak to room temperature. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Sear steak for 2-3 minutes on each side until heavily browned on the outside and pink in the middle.

Allow to rest before slicing across the grain. Top steak with Chimichurri Sauce and serve.
