Smoked Salmon Salad

With smoked salmon and creamy horseradish dressing, this is one flavor packed first course.

Ingredients

8 cups mixed greens of your choice, loosely packed
2 cups Boston or butterhead lettuce, chopped into bite size pieces
2 cups yellow pepper, chopped
4 oz cold smoked salmon
4 green onions, sliced thin
Tulkoff Tiger Sauce Dressing, for serving alongside

Directions

Gently toss the mixed greens, butterhead lettuce, and yellow pepper in a large bowl. Divide among four salad bowls. Top each salad with 1 ounce of salmon and sprinkle with the sliced green onions.

Serve with a small bowl of Tiger Sauce Dressing. If you prefer, you can toss the dressing with the greens mixture before portioning into the salad bowls.
