Tulkoff’s Ginger Puree is a pureed mixture of freshly ground ginger and preservatives to maintain freshness. Ground twice to ensure a smooth product and flavorful product with minimal ginger fibers.  Perfect for the foodservice operator looking for a ready to use fresh ginger without the labor of cutting, chopping and pureeing.   A perfect compliment to ethnic focused restaurants, but versatile for multiple menu items and dayparts.  This product can also be used a as a replacement for raw ginger. 1 inch of fresh ginger root = 1 teaspoon of ginger puree.

Refrigerated to maintain freshness and ready to serve upon opening.  This product is packed in a 2 or 6 pack 32 oz resealable tube and lid.
