4 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp Tulkoff’s Chopped Roasted Garlic
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 cup Bread crumbs
1 tsp Basil, dried
4 Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
Spaghetti
4 slices Fresh mozzarella
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix olive oil and Chopped Roasted Garlic. In a separate shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and basil. Coat chicken in olive oil mixture and then coat completely in bread crumbs mixture. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until the center of the chicken is no longer pink.
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package.
Remove chicken from oven. Top with Tulkoff marinara sauce and mozzarella. Return to oven and cook until cheese is melted.
Toss cooked spaghetti with extra Tulkoff marinara and serve alongside chicken.
