Ingredients
2 Tbsp Butter
1 cup Onion, chopped
1 Tbsp Tulkoff’s Chopped Garlic in Water
2 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup Tulkoff’s Cocktail Sauce
1 1/4 lbs Ground beef
1 lb Ground pork
1 cup Bread crumbs
2 Eggs, beaten
1/4 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Brown sugar
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place a skillet on medium-high heat and melt butter. Add onion and Chopped Garlic in Water. Cook for 2 minutes, then add steak seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and Cocktail Sauce. Stir to combine and let cool.
In a large bowl combine beef, pork, bread crumbs and eggs, mixing together with clean hands. Add in cooled cocktail sauce mixture until combined. Place into a large loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile in a small bowl, mix ketchup and brown sugar together.
Take loaf out of the oven and drain any excess fat from the pan. Add ketchup mixture to top of the loaf and bake for 10-15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and serve.
