Ingredients
2½ lbs Spare ribs
3 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1 small Onion, chopped
4 cloves Garlic, minced
¼ cup Molasses
3 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1½ cups Tulkoff Seafood Cocktail Sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Heat 3 Tbsp of vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion, cooking until softened and lightly browned. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the cocktail sauce, molasses and vinegar. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer until slightly thickened. Turn off the heat and pour half of the sauce into a small bowl for basting. Keep the remaining sauce warm until ready to serve.
Preheat grill for high heat and brush with oil. Season ribs liberally with salt and pepper, place on grill, reduce heat to low, cover and leave undisturbed for 1 hour.
Begin basting ribs with sauce and allow to cook for 10 more minutes.
Serve the ribs with the remaining warm barbeque sauce.
