A burger so good, we made it a double!

Difficulty
Easy
Ingredients
2 lbs Ground chuck (80/20 lean to fat ratio)
1/4 Onion, diced
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp Pepper
12 slices Cheddar cheese
3 Brioche hamburger buns
12 slices Bacon, cooked
Directions
Pre-heat grill.
In a large bowl, combine the chuck, onion and Worcestershire sauce using your fingertips. Be careful to not to overwork the meat. Divide meat evenly into 6 balls and form into patties. Using your thumb, place a wide dimple in the center of each burger. Season both sides of patties with salt and pepper.
Grill the patties over direct heat, covered, flipping once halfway through cooking, until the desired doneness is reached. (Three to four minutes per side for a medium burger.)
During the last minute of grilling, add 2 slices of cheese to each patty. Grill the buns cut side down over direct heat until toasty, about one minute.
Place a burger on each bottom bun, followed by two slices of bacon and about 1 Tbsp of Garlic Aioli and repeat to make a double bacon cheddar burger, top with bun.
*If only wanting single burgers, will need 3 more hamburger buns.
