Garlic Cauliflower Soup

A simple soup that packs a lot of flavor!

1 1/2 Tbsp Tulkoff Garlic in Oil

1 small head Cauliflower, chopped

5 cups Low-sodium chicken broth

1 Tbsp Thyme leaves

Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste


In a large pot over medium heat, brown Garlic in Oil; remove and set aside. In the same pot, add cauliflower, chicken broth, thyme, salt and pepper. Simmer until cauliflower is tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a blender and puree until smooth.

Ladle soup into a bowl and top with toasted garlic in oil and additional thyme.
