Lobster Roll

Tulkoff’s take on a Connecticut-style lobster roll.

1 stick Unsalted butter

1/2 cup Tulkoff Original Garlic Sauce, divided use

1 lb Lobster meat, cooked

Salt, to taste

4 New England style split-top buns

Lemon, cut into wedges for garnish


Melt butter in a saucepan with 1/4 cup of Garlic Sauce. Gently stir in the lobster and season with salt. Remove from heat when warmed through.

Meanwhile, heat remaining Garlic Sauce in a pan and toast sides of buns.

Load each bun with lobster meat and garnish with a lemon wedge.
