Garlicky Buffalo Tenders

The addition of Garlic Sauce makes these Buffalo tenders really sing.

1 lb Boneless chicken tenderloins

1 cup Buttermilk

1/4 cup All-purpose flour

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 Eggs, beatenĀ 

1/4 cup Oil, for frying

1/2 cup Hot sauce of choice

1/2 cup Tulkoff Original GarlicSauce

Celery, for garnish

Ranch dressing, for garnish



Soak tenderloins in buttermilk for about 30 minutes. In a shallow dish, season flour with salt and pepper. Add beaten eggs to another shallow dish.

Dredge each tenderloin in the flour, then eggs, then back into the flour.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken approximately 4-5 minutes on each side, or until crispy and cooked through.

Immediately toss fried chicken in a large bowl with hot sauce and Garlic Sauce.

Serve immediatley alongside celery and ranch.
