Pesto Sweet Potato Fries

A sweet, salty and herbacious treat for your taste buds!
4 cups (22 oz bag) Sweet potato fries
2 Tbsp Tulkoff Basil Pesto Genovese
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, toss fries, Pesto and salt and pepper until evenly coated. Arrange the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until fries are golden brown and tender.
To serve, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
