Potato Frittata

The perfect family breakfast!

3 Tbsp Olive oil

1 lb Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch dice

10 large Eggs, whisked 

1/2 cup White Cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Tulkoff Tiger Sauce Dressing

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish 


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Heat the olive oil in an ovenproof 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes and cook until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, cheese and Tiger Sauce Dressing. Season with salt and pepper and add mixture to the skillet. Stir to spread out the potatoes. Cook until edges set, then transfer skillet to oven.

Bake until center is set and then let cool. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
