Sirloin Steak Sandwich

Give this classic sirloin steak sandwich some spice with Tulkoff’s Garlic Spread and Creamy Horseradish Sauce.

3 Tbsp Olive oil
2 lbs Sirloin steak
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 Tbsp Tulkoff Garlic Spread, melted, divided use
4 Steak rolls
8 Slices of provolone
Sliced mushrooms, green peppers, onions, if desired
Creamy Horseradish Sauce


Cube steak into bite size pieces. Toss with salt, pepper and 3 Tbsps of melted Garlic Spread. Cover and let marinate for 8-24 hours.

Cut steak rolls lengthwise, brush remaining melted Garlic Spread on inside of roll. Add 2 slices of cheese to each roll and toast until cheese is melted.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef and cook until desired temperature. Add mushrooms, green peppers or onions if desired. Drain any excess grease.

Add meat to toasted steak rolls, top with Creamy Horseradish Sauce and serve.
