Ingredients

1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp Tulkoff Chopped Garlic in Water
1 tsp Dried oregano
1/2 tsp Paprika
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1 pound Skirt steak
1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
1 Cucumber, seeded and finely chopped
1/3 cup Tulkoff Creamy Horseradish Sauce
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 Tbsp Fresh dill
4 Pocketless pitas
1 Tomato, chopped
1 Red onion, julienned
2 Tbsp Fresh parsley, roughly chopped for garnish

Directions

Preheat a grill to medium high. Whisk the olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper together in a large bowl. Add the steak to the bowl and toss.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, cucumber, Horseradish Sauce, lemon juice and dill. Cover and chill.

Grill the steak, turning once, until lightly charred, about 4 to 8 minutes per side for the steak (depending on the thickness). Set aside to rest, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, grill the pitas until marked, about 1 minute per side.

Slice the steak against the grain. Fill the pitas with the steak, tomato, onion, fresh parsley and Horseradish yogurt sauce.
