Tiger Meatloaf

Caramelized onions and Tiger Horseradish Sauce put a delightful twist on this hearty comfort food.

2 medium Onions, diced
3 tsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 tsp Thyme, dried
2 Eggs, beaten
¼ cup Tulkoff Tiger Horseradish Sauce, plus extra for serving
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 lbs Ground beef
½ cup Breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper, to taste


Heat oil in a large pan and add onions. Turn heat to low and let onions cook and caramelize, stirring every few minutes (this should take 30 to 40 minutes). Add garlic and thyme; cook 2 minutes more.

Mix together beaten eggs, Tiger Sauce and Worcestershire.

Using your hands, combine meat, bread crumbs, onions, Tiger Sauce mixture and season with salt and pepper until well mixed.

Place meat into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1½ hours, or until the meatloaf is nicely browned on the outside and cooked through on the inside. Serve alongside extra Tiger Sauce for dipping.
