Baked Beet Chips with Red Beet Horseradish Dip

This recipe is easy and quick to make, and did we mention delicious?

2 Red beets, rinsed and trimmed

2 Yellow beets, rinsed and trimmed

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup Sour cream

4 tsp Tulkoff Red Beet Horseradish


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Using a mandoline, thinly slice beets to a thickness of 1/16 inch. Place slices into a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Line multiple baking sheets with parchment paper and lay beets across in a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and slightly brown. Allow chips to cool.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix sour cream and Red Beet Horseradish. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve alongside baked beet chips.
