Horseradish Avocado Toast

Artisan whole grain toast topped with mashed avocado and a sunny-side-up fried egg, served on a rustic plate for foodservice and wholesale catering.

Ingredients

1 Avocado

1 tsp Tulkoff Extra Hot Horseradish

4 slices Whole grain bread, toasted

2 Tbsp Butter

4 Eggs

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, mash the avocado with the Horseradish. Spread evenly across the slices of toasted bread.

In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat and crack in the eggs. Cook until the whites have set, 3 to 4 minutes.

Top each toast slice with a fried egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
