Ingredients

2 cups Shredded mozzarella

1 cup Whole milk ricotta cheese

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 lb Pizza dough, room temperature

1 cup Pizza sauce

1 cup Pepperoni slices

1/2 cup Tulkoff Original Garlic Sauce, divided use

1 stick Butter

Directions

Preheat over to 450F.

In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, salt and pepper.

Divide pre-made pizza dough into equal portions and roll into 1/4″ thick circles on a floured surface.

On half of each circle, spoon sauce, cheese mixture and pepperoni slices. Fold dough over toppings and crimp the edges closed. Cut a few air vents in each calzone.

Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. About halfway through baking, remove from oven and brush with Garlic Sauce. Meanwhile, melt butter and mix in remaining Garlic Sauce.

Serve calzone garlic butter sauce on the side for dipping.
