Chicken Panini with Kimchi Aioli

Break out a few extra napkins for this panini full of bold flavors.

8 slices Italian bread, or bread of choice

1 cup Tulkoff Spicy Kimchi Aioli

8 slices Muenster cheese

4 cups Grilled chicken breast, sliced

1 cup Fried onions

1 Roasted red pepper, divided into 4 servings

12 slices Bacon, cooked 


Spread Kimchi Aioli on all 8 slices of bread. On 4 of the slices, top evenly with cheese, chicken, onions, red pepper, and bacon. Top with remaining bread.

If you have a panini press, preheat it. Lightly brush the outside of each sandwich with olive oil. Add sandwich to press and cook until golden and crisp, 3 to 5 minutes.

*If you do not own a press, preheat a skillet with butter or oil on medium low. Add your sandwich, then press a heavy pan on top to weigh it down. Cook until golden and crisp, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
