Corned Beef Panini

This twist on a classic Reuban sandwich featuring Creamy Horseradish Sauce is great for lunch or dinner!
2 tsp Olive oil
1 Onion, julienned
Salt & pepper, to taste
8 slices Rye bread
8 slices Swiss cheese
3/4 lb Corned beef
1/2 cup Tulkoff Creamy Horseradish Sauce
Butter for grill
In a large sauté pan, heat oil over medium high heat. Add onions to pan, stirring occasionally, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until desired doneness.
Preheat a panini press or electric indoor grill.
Top half the bread slices with cheese, corned beef, onions and Horseradish Sauce. Top each with remaining bread slices.
Coat grill with butter and place each sandwich on press. Cook for approximately 3 – 5 minutes until bread is golden and cheese is melted.
