Crab Dip

A wonderful Blue Crab appetizer that your family is sure to love!

1 lb Fresh Backfin Crab Meat
6 oz regular sour cream
2 Tbsp regular mayonnaise
2-3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
14 oz regular cream cheese
1 tsp dry mustard
juice of 1 lemon
8 oz package of sharp shredded cheddar cheese, divided use
1 generous tsp Maryland seafood seasoning
1 Tbsp Tulkoff Tiger Sauce


Soften cream cheese and using a hand electric mixer, combine all ingredients except crab meat (using 1/2 pkg. of shredded cheddar cheese). Gently stir in the backfin crab and place the mixture in a greased quiche dish.

Put remaining 1/2 pkg. of shredded cheddar cheese on top of mixture and bake on a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 – 30 minutes (top should be browned and bubbling).
