RECIPES
1 cup Crab meat
1/2 cup Cream cheese
1/4 cup Tulkoff Chesapeake Sauce
1/2 cup fresh Parsley leaves, chopped
1/3 cup Green onions, chopped
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
10 White button mushroom caps, or 2 Portobello mushroom caps
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs, or panko
Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly spray an 8 x 8 pan (or 9×13 if you are using the button mushrooms).
In a mixing bowl, combine the crab, cream cheese, Chesapeake Sauce, parsley, green onions, Parmesan, salt and pepper.
Stuff mixture into the mushrooms, and top with the breadcrumbs. Place on pan and lightly spray the tops with the nonstick spray. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden.
