1 tsp Olive oil
4 tsp Tulkoff’s Chopped Garlic in Water
4 tsp firmly-packed Brown sugar
2 Tbsp low-sugar Orange marmalade
Salt and coarsely-ground Pepper, to taste
2 boneless and skinless Chicken breasts, halved
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a shallow baking dish with aluminum foil and cover with non-stick spray.
In a small pan, heat the olive oil on low heat until hot. Add the Garlic in Water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, marmalade, salt and pepper. Mix until well blended.
Place the chicken in the baking dish and spread the garlic mixture over the chicken. Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
