1 lb flank steak
1½ cup arugula
½ cup Tulkoff Tiger Horseradish Sauce
salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Season steak as desired. Grill steak over medium-high heat for 7 to 9 minutes or until meat reaches desired degree of cooking. Thinly slice steak across the grain and transfer to serving plate. Layer with arugula and top with Tulkoff Tiger Horseradish Sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
