Garlic Aioli BLT

Add a little extra zip to your classic BLT with this recipe.

4 slices Thick cut bacon

2 Onion rings

2 slices Fresh baked bread of your choice

3-4 Tbsp Tulkoff Garlic Aioli

Iceberg lettuce

1 Tomato, sliced

Salt and Pepper, to taste



Place bacon in a large pan and cook over medium heat until desired doneness. Remove bacon and place on a paper towel to drain some of the grease. Meanwhile, cook onion rings according to package.

Wipe the remaining bacon grease from the pan with a paper towel and place back on the heat. Spread Garlic Aioli on each side of both pieces of bread and place both pieces of bread in the pan for a few minutes, until both sides are lightly toasted.

Remove bread from heat and spread more Garlic Aioli onto each piece. Top with lettuce, bacon and 23 slices of tomato and onion rings. Season with salt and pepper and finish with second piece of bread on top.
