Garlic Aioli BLT

Add a little extra zip to your classic BLT with this recipe.

4 slices Thick cut bacon

2 Onion rings

2 slices Fresh baked bread of your choice

3-4 Tbsp Tulkoff Garlic Aioli

Iceberg lettuce

1 Tomato, sliced

Salt and Pepper, to taste



Place bacon in a large pan and cook over medium heat until desired doneness. Remove bacon and place on a paper towel to drain some of the grease. Meanwhile, cook onion rings according to package.

Wipe the remaining bacon grease from the pan with a paper towel and place back on the heat. Spread Garlic Aioli on each side of both pieces of bread and place both pieces of bread in the pan for a few minutes, until both sides are lightly toasted.

Remove bread from heat and spread more Garlic Aioli onto each piece. Top with lettuce, bacon and 2-3 slices of tomato and onion rings. Season with salt and pepper and finish with second piece of bread on top.
