Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs Ground beef

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 Tbsp Tulkoff Original Garlic Sauce, divided use

4 slices American cheese

4 Burger buns

1 Tomato, sliced

Lettuce

1 large Red onion

Directions

Form beef into 4 equal patties, using your thumb, make a 1-inch-wide indentation in the center of each patty in order to help the burgers cook more evenly. Season with salt and pepper.

Place patties on a grill or grill pan, indentation-side up, and cook about 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. When patties are almost done cooking, top each with 1 Tbsp Garlic Sauce followed by cheese to melt. Remove the burgers and let rest about 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, spread remaining Garlic Sauce on tops and bottoms of buns and place on grill or grill pan to toast until golden.

To assemble: Top bottom bun with lettuce, burger patty, tomato, onion and top with the bun and serve immediately.
