Garlic & Herb Tomatoes

A flavorful twist on these juicy vegetables, our Garlic and Herb tomatoes can be served as an appetizer or side dish!
4 Plum tomatoes
1 cup Plain bread crumbs
1/3 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
2 Tbsp Garlic French Fry Sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat broiler to medium high.
Cut plum tomatoes in half and scoop out most of the pulp and seeds. Place the tomatoes flesh side up in a heat safe dish and season them with salt and pepper.
In a bowl combine the bread crumbs, Parmigiano, and the Garlic Sauce. Season mixture with salt and pepper and spoon over the tomatoes. Place tomatoes under the broiler for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
