Garlic & Herbed Grilled Shrimp

This quick and easy dish will be a hit at your next BBQ!

2 lbs Extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup Garlic French Fry Sauce
Juice of 1 Lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
Butterfly shrimp by slicing almost through, lengthwise. Combine all ingredients, cover and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
While shrimp is marinating, soak wooden skewers in cold water for 1 hour. Thread 3 or 4 shrimp on each skewer (if using 12″ skewers).
Heat grill and brush with oil to prevent the shrimp from sticking. Grill the shrimp for 1 1/2 minutes per side, or until just cooked through.
