Garlic Knots

Garlic Sauce takes this classic pizzeria item to a whole new level of yumminess.

1 lb Prepared pizza dough, room temperature

All-purpose flour, for dusting

Garlic powder

Olive Oil

2 cups Tulkoff Original Garlic Sauce

1/2 cup Marinara sauce


Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Working on a lightly floured surface, cut dough into four quarters. Roll each quarter into a 4″ x 6″ rectangle and then cut into 1″ strips.  Sprinkle strips with garlic powder. Roll each strip with hands to form a rope and loosely tie into knots, tucking the ends underneath the knot.

Place knots on baking sheet, lightly brush with oil and bake until cooked through and lightly golden, about 15 minutes.

Add Garlic Sauce to a large bowl, add warm knots and gently toss until coated.

Serve warm with a side of marinara.
