Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Add Tulkoff Garlic Spread for a quick and easy addition to your ordinary mashed potatoes!
2 lb Potatoes
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Tulkoff Garlic Spread
1/3 cup Heavy cream
Freshly chopped parsley, optional for garnish
Peel and chop potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Place potatoes in a medium saucepan, adding 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Cover with cold water and bring the pot to a boil. Reduce to simmer until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork, approximately 15 minutes.
In a small saucepan melt the Garlic Spread, stirring in cream to warm. Strain potatoes and put it back on the stove top over low heat. Add the cream mixture, and mash until the potatoes are desired consistency. Add additional salt to taste. T
Top with fresh parsley as garnish and serve immediately.
