Garlic Shrimp Zoodles

Impress your family with this tasty meal that is good for you too!
3 Tbsp Butter, divided use
1 lb medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
4 cups Zucchini noodles, spiralized
1/2 cup Tulkoff Garlic Aioli
Grated Parmesan cheese
Heat 2 Tbsp butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, or until shrimp are pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to a plate.
Add remaining butter, cherry tomatoes and zucchini noodles to the skillet. Cook until veggies have softened. Add shrimp and any juices back to the skillet.
Stir in 1/2 cup of Garlic Aioli. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
