2 cups of beets, peeled
2 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley
1/2 cup Tulkoff Red Beet Horseradish
salt and pepper, to taste
Shred the beets using a food processor or a hand grater. In a large bowl, combine the beets, carrots, parsley, and red beet horseradish, tossing gently to thoroughly combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Chill in the refrigerator before serving to develop flavors.
